Outback Climbing Center Climb on!

This website redesign focused on branding and a mobile-first experience.

The original Outback Climbing Center website was just a page on the main UCSD Recreation website. It had no branding of its own and was not mobile-friendly. For our redesign, we wanted to give the OCC an image of its own, as well as draw attention to the things that make this climbing center unique. We wanted to draw new users in with the website, and let them know that their first time is free!

Project Details

• I was the lead developer on this project.
• I set up the website infrastructure and version control.
• I delegated coding tasks to my team.
• I implemented the more complex features, such as the lightboxes and the scrolling wall.
• I helped my team with user interviews, wireframing, and prototyping.
